The bracelet come with one inch adjustable grow chain with PRESTIGE birthstone bicone bead like picture second. Finished with a sterling silver clasp. The beads are strung on professional quality (49 strand) stainless steel wire which provides strong, flexible, kink resistant and durability.

But please measure you little ones wrist to get the size you want and need. All you need to do is measure your childs wrist and add 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch.
