All parts are sterling silver. I'll be happy to modify this bracelet to fit your little child. I offer several different modifications. Please measure your child's wrist and determine what modification would be right for your child. Different colors: Purple,yellow,pink,aquamarine,peridot and crystal (birthstone color aravailable).
