The bracelet come with a one inch extender but can be adjusted to fit. All metal findings are solid sterling silver. Available on White and Cream. Your child's bracelet will be custom sized according to her age or size do you like, please include in your check out notes for expedited delivery. I'll be happy to modify this bracelet to fit your little child. I offer several different modifications. Please measure your child wrist and determine what modification would be right for your child.

In the "notes to seller" during checkout please list the following information:
1. Heart charm (Big Sis, Lil Sis)
2. Bracelet Size choose one option in the menu.
3. Color of Pearls and Crystal, available in Rosaline pearls and pink crystal like picture.White and cream pearls and crystal in birthstone color. If you don't told me the color I send in pink.

X-small --0-6 Newborn: 4.0 inches

Small --- 6-12 months: 4.5

inches Medium --12-24 months: 5.0 inches

Large ----- 2-4 years: 5.5 inches

X-Large ---5-13 years: 6.0 inches

But please measure you little ones wrist to get the size you want and need.
