Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to health & safety reasons, earrings can not be returned unless faulty.

Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.

No refunds on items with custom order, colors or lettering unless the item(s) are defective.
